“Shezhire” - Family Tree
The term ‘shezhire’ is taken from the Arab word meaning ‘the tree’. In the Kazakh genealogical tree there is such a concept as "Seven Forefathers" - which means seven generations before us that we should know and honor. Kazakh Shezhire in full composition includes not only a list of generations of ancestors, but also knowledge of character traits, their participation in the life of the people.
One of the major abilities that a kid learns in a nomadic culture is "zheti ata," or chains of seven ancestors. In traditional society, a person's generic origin is the most important aspect of their culture.
“Juz” is a historically established association of Kazakhs. Juzes appeared among Kazakhs in the 17th century, most likely in the second half. For nomadic societies, this hierarchy of relationships was unusual. Often the tribes were divided into wings - right and left. In the Golden Horde, there was also a division into two wings - left and right. After that the formation of Juzes took place.
Shezhire is a collective memory of major events in Kazakh history that are woven into the genealogies, ancestors mostly. The book collects the entire culture and history of the Kazakh (Turkic) people, which more reveals the truth of the Central Asian people.

The goal of the project is to change the way each profession is presented to society. Animations reveal a simple and clear storyline of creative people. Since the essence of the context is about the truth, animations are aimed at revealing the truth about musicians, their lives and income, which is considered below average.
The project reveals the difference between two types of lifestyle: musicians and non-musicians. From the past, musicians were considered the lowest stratum of the population, as they were entertainment for the “cream of society”. This stereotype still surrounds our population in the 21st century, although a lot has changed. This is the reason why the salary of musicians and artists is different from others.
In reality being a classical musician is an extremely difficult and often thankless job. Musician’s life, in principle, there is no concept of “day off”.
The goal of this project is to open the backstage for non-musicians and show the world of classical music and the enormous work through which musicians have to go. Each character is revealed in more depth as the animation progresses, giving viewers a better understanding of the musicians and their intricacies.
