Co - Living

This CO-LIVING project being aimed at single young adults, adults, young couples & newly weds was designed to provide a better space sharing environment & a comfortable co-living experience.

The main objective of this project was also to provide a comfortable shelter for young people who are just figuring out new life choices and career paths while increasing living quality & building relationships between people with similar tastes & interests.

Located in the suburban part of Rawang, this project site is located in a small township called Bandar Country Homes which is situated in Rawang in the Gombak District of Selangor.

The Concept that was chosen for this project is Nature. It was inspired by the forest environment that can be found all around the site. This concept has been implemented into the design in the form of the colour scheme and also the materials used.

Citrus Delight

Citrus Delight is a place designed for people who visited Pulau Ketam to be able to Refresh, Recharge & Reconnect.

Specific to the ground level of this site, guests can enjoy their time at the lounge areas provided, have a quiet time for themselves to rest and recharge at the resting hub, prepare, cook and enjoy their own meals at the open dining & bbq space, and they can also book themselves a nice cozy room if they are planning to stay a night or two.

As for the rooftop, guests are able to enjoy a cold beverage at the juice bar, take a dip in the wonderful jacuzzi or even pamper themselves in the sauna room.

The concept for this design was taken from a Lemon. In Pulau Ketam, there is a lot of aspects that relates back to this zesty fruit. On the island, this fruit has been used in many cold refreshing drinks, in delicious seafood, a colour choice on some of the buildings here such as walls and fences and the lemon is also used as an added ingredient in medicine used by the residents of the island.
