Vulnerable

“Vulnerable” photonovel looks at how a person faces the vulnerable in life. Vulnerability is a lack of braveness and inability to voice out and stand for your own rights to avoid destroying that particular relationship.

When you keep compromising and giving in to people you valued, but end up being hurt by them. The character took time to see through one person’s true colours.

While looking at how the character face themselves and grow out from the vulnerability that in the environment and the people have around given to it. One would be able to look at how the character feels inside while hiding all vulnerability in his life.

The photonovel is presented in a monochromic format to showcase the messages of the photography and let it speak by itself. When flipping through the pages, you would find the photonovel to be different from the old version one which is different in the contemporary monologues style dialogue, and its clean and minimal layout.

Campur Lah!

“Campur lah!” is a campaign featuring a mixture of food ingredients of the local context of Malaysia. The aim of this campaign is to regenerate the harmonious mixed culture belonging to people in Malaysia.

As a designer, it is my intention to bring this to the table where to embracing the diversities that connect with each other due to the conflict of mixed culture and language that is not proper standardization.

The campaign includes three different poster designs that will be displayed on the wall in Malaysia street to influence the imagination of the young generations. The visuals of these three posters are combined in different types of vegetables and languages to express the diversity of cultures that occurs in Malaysia.
